Stayed with my husband and a group of friends for his 60th. Love the Classic Room and the hotel is clean and tidy. Staff friendly and always willing to help. Only tip is that being older with knee issues always need ground floor and had to argue to get it even though it was booked 7 months prior. Finally found email that confirmed I could have a ground floor. I have booked again for June 2020 and hopefully will get my request of ground floor. Location is fabulous breakfast is adequate. Pools are great and Tony is always walking around to ensure that your holiday at the hotel is great.

Amazing customer service from all staff, especially the restaurant staff! The only advice I can give to people is keep your doors closed when it starts to get dark as the mozzies are really bad. But all up great holiday and great accomodation

This is 2nd time we've stayed here. And we come back for the amazing staff. They really make you feel like family..... the rooms are amd grounds are great. Restaurant food and breakfast are very average.. but as i said the staff is what brings us back.
